My name is Anne I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I have an Hons. Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy and I am Accredited with The Irish Association for Counsellors & Psychotherapists (IACP).

I provide support for
FAMILIES affected by Alcohol & Substance Misuse, Mental Heath issues, Bereavement/Loss/Grief. Support extends to Parents, Partners, Siblings, Concerned Persons.INDIVIDUALS on a One-to-One basisBEREAVEMENT/LOSS/GRIEFGROUPS I am a Group Facilitator

What is Counselling & Psychotherapy?


Counselling and Psychotherapy is a confidential safe supportive environment which supports you when you are feeling in need of support, feeling anxious or overwhelmed, facing a crisis or trying to overcome a crisis situation. Counselling and Psychotherapy provides a safe place to share your feelings and emotions without fear of criticism or judgement.

Counselling and Psychotherapy is a safe supportive environment where you can speak in confidence to a Qualified Accredited Professional. The Process provides an opportunity to share or explore concerns or difficulties you may be experiencing at present, or may have experienced in the past.

Counselling & Psychotherapy facilitates an opportunity to develop a more objective perspective of your life and the negative impacts on your life and a greater understanding of how past experiences can influence who you are and how you are (your past need not define you). The process facilitates an opportunity to develop :-
